How does lip filler work?
There are many types of injectable fillers that are used to augment the shape of your lips. Due to its many benefits, the most commonly used substance for lip filler treatments is hyaluronic acid.
Hyaluronic acid can enhance the appearance of lips by modifying three qualities

-
The shape of lips
-
Lip volume
-
Lip structure

Hyaluronic acid is a substance found naturally in our body. Its purpose is to hydrate tissues and is found in all tissues of the body. It works by attracting the water molecules to the tissue it’s in, thus adding volume. When injected into lips, the lips will expand in volume and become fuller. It also helps your lips hydrate from within resulting in natural, plump and beautiful looking lips.

Our skilled clinicians can control the amount of lip filler material that is injected, therefore allowing better control over how much volume is created. Furthermore, the increase in volume can be carried out gradually until the desired lip volume is achieved.
Natural looking fullness
Hyaluronic acid is a substance naturally produced by our body. Therefore, hyaluronic acid lip fillers will add a natural looking fullness to your lips with reduced risk of bruising and swelling.
Rare Allergic Reactions
This is because the hyaluronic acid material used in our lip fillers is similar to a substance naturally produced by our body for the purpose of adding volume to our lips.
